NOTE:  Some very intricate wired sugar flower sprays need two weeks notice

Flowers and buds can also be made with Royal Icing

 

Fresh flowers on Wedding Cakes are not recommended;

Hygiene Regulations state that fresh flowers MUST NOT touch the cake and therefore I do not recommend  as fresh flowers are sprayed with chemicals and saps MUST NOT seep onto the cake. Fresh Ivy is particularly poisonous.
