Scrumptious Chocolate flavoured, Dark or White Chocolate colour also available at extra cost.
Or traditional Royal Icing, again in any colour of your choice; added to the royal icing is a dash of glycerine to keep it soft, so it is never rock hard.
Prior to icing, the Marzipan is brushed with Brandy not only to sterilize the marzipan before icing but also to assist its storage.
