All hire prices quoted are for 3 days hire,unless otherwise agreed in writing. Stands or any accessories cannot be posted. Deposits will be refunded upon return of the stand in the same conditions as it was hired. Any loss of parts, or damage or scratches, including loss of boxes or packaging supplied with the stand, will forfeit the deposit paid.
All hire prices and deposits are payable at the start of the hire period and during the week of your wedding or event. Cheques or BACS payments are acceptable provided they are cleared at the bank before collection date; otherwise its cash on collection only.
Stand Hire Deposits vary between £50-£100, or £150 for solid silver. Deposit payments must be made separate to the stand hire and not together. Cash deposits are preferable and this cash deposit is returned in cash on safe return of the stand or accessory; this saves time and bank charges.

Terms and Conditions for hire of Cake Stands and Equipment
Anne’s Cakes for All Occasions will deliver and set up your cake order together with hired stand.
The customer is responsible at all times, for returning stands and all equipment.
Irrespective of whether the stands or equipment is collected or delivered, it will always be the responsibility of the customer to return goods.
Deposits and hire charges must be paid in advance and can be paid by direct BACS transfer, cash, or cheque 4 weeks prior and provided the cheque is cleared at bank before collection or delivery.
Items can be collected on Wednesday/Thursday for a weekend wedding or event and must be returned by the Hirer the following Tuesday; or by other arrangement (in writing) if time permits.
A deposit will not be returned if the stand is damaged or if not returned within the agreed time. Damage or loss of equipment will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may lead to additional charges if this is insufficient to replace the item.
Collection and return time can be varied by individual arrangement to suit the customer and only if agreed in writing in advance of hire. Weekday or Weekend Wedding or Special Occasion hire is subject to availability of stands and any item must be returned within the agreed time; forfeiture of the deposit if not returned as agreed.
Hire of Cake Stands and Cake Separators
Stands are delivered with cake orders but I do not return to venues to collect a stand; return of the stand is the responsibility of the customer.
A security deposit will be required which will be refunded upon safe return no later than three working days after your event, unless otherwise agreed in writing by me. Late returns will incur a penalty charge.
